GnuPG Home Configuration on Winodws

The default GnuPG home is ~/.gnupg on Linux, and ~\AppData\Roaming\gnupg on Windows.

To change the gnupg home on Windows, set a System Variables in Environment Variables: 

Variable = GNUPGHOME
VALUE = ~\gnupg
You should do the commands one by one.
